Step 3: Onboarding, Support, and Coaching
A robust onboarding process is essential to the success of both new hires and the organization itself. Our hands-on guidance and support go beyond recruitment, actively guiding new employees and the Board/Ownership as relationships evolve. We understand this transition period and are committed to overcoming any challenges to ensure a seamless integration of the new and existing. Our executive leadership team is available to provide strategic support to the successful candidate and to key leadership for the first 4 to 6 months.

Fee Structure
We take pride in a transparent fee structure with a clear upfront price that doesn’t include a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary. Instead, we use a phased approach that allows you to engage in any of the four steps outlined above. Our fees are based on completing these steps as partners, with at least one in-person trip usually needed to evaluate and oversee the process.
